-Fixed an odd issue where co-op players would get set to the p1 position after placing grid entities.

- Run Start stuff will now apply to all coop players as they join.
- Player ruletypes like walk or takedamage will now apply to the corresponding player only in coop, instead of on P1 only.
- Some effects that only affected P1 before, will now be applied to all players.

- Replaced Bigger/Smaller from the spawner for All Trinkets and All Familiars
- Fixed an issue with Laser rules not getting the correct type after being changed from a tear rule
- Fixed the menu stealing focus when searching on the Encyclopedia mod

- Tweaked scaling size gradually instead of using set size a little bit, so it suits more the actual sprite size.
- Fixed a crash that happened when eternal flies were made champions....seems like the game really doesnt like that.
- Fixed player label rules not working properly on timed conditionals and trigger conditionals(like keypress)
- Fixed several issues that could have caused bugs on familiar shoot rules and player rules
- Fixed some random ruletype related stuff
