Adding the "ground" tag to a body will now prevent it from being grabbed by the Physics Gun.

- Added rotation snapping by holding Shift and E when holding a prop.
- Release the prop when entering a vehicle (problematic when holding the vehicle in question.)
- Fixed a base game bug where a frozen vehicle can be entered but not exited.
