[Up Strong] - Reanimation/Rework
= Covers a larger range overall
- Decreased Damage 12 -> 9

[Forward Special]
+ Increased Whifflag 16 -> 27
## This move had no weaknesses, also makes recovery weaker

[Down Special]
+ Delayed when Armor comes out during attack Frame 4 -> Frame 6
+ Increased Attack Endlag/Whifflag 12/18 -> 16/24
+ Increased time between releasing Special and the attack coming out 4 -> 10
+ Increased the amount of meter consumed while holding Nspecial
## It takes 100 frames to consume Full Meter, or 1.8 Seconds long

- Armor now only lasts the first 10 frames of Dash Cancels instead of the full time
= Dash Canceling now consumes 30 meter
# Or the rest of it if you don't have 30 meter when you use it

= Reduced number of projectiles that armor absorbs (Infinite) -> 1
## This means armor will absorb the first projectile as meter
## but then the armor breaks just like a melee hit breaks the shield

[Down Throw] - Candy Throw
= Adjusted Angle 290 -> 280
= You can now use Forward Special again after hitting Down Throw
= Hitting a candied opponent will make you hit them with a slightly stronger non-sticky down throw, forcing the opponent to tech or they'll bounce upwards
- Decreased Endlag 18 -> 10
## Callie is now positive after Candy Throw, but only positive enough to throw out a tilt (Strongs and grab 2 should get punished by mashing jab)

[Up Throw] - Balloon Throw
= Now applies Vertical Balloon Gravity during Hitstun
= Adjusted Gravity Scaling Formula
From (1.3 + ((Meter+80)/2000)
To (1.1 + ((Meter+80)/600)
## This means the new range is from 1.2333 to 1.5666 GravityScaling
## While the old range was 1.34 to 1.44 GravityScaling

## Using this formula "vsp = vsp / GravityScaling
## You can calculate how slow the player will fall

## So at 200 Meter a player would fall at 1.5666 times slower
## than their normal fall speed with the new formula

## While at 200 a player would fall at 1.44 times slower
## than their normal fall speed with the old formula

## Hitstun Gravity is calculated using the formula
## "(((((BalloonStrength / 3) - .3) / 3) - .02)" ... Yes it's dumb but it works

## So at 200 Meter a character's hitstun gravity decreases by .05
## while at 0 Meter a character's hitstun gravity decreases by .017

## This means Etalus when hit by Up Throw at 200 Meter
## has the hitstun gravity of Absa/Wraster/Elliana (.5 -> .45)

[Neutral/Back Throw] - Ribbon Throw - Revamp/Reanimation
= Now a suplex attack that increases in power based off meter, dealing a large amount of damage on landing
= Suicide Kills are determined by how much meter Callie has
## less than 100 meter means the opponent can recover before they die (Cool Tip: If you don't know the timing just mash air dodge up!)
## 100 or more meter results in a both players dying, with Callie dying first
## Exactly 200 meter results in the opponent dying first and then Callie second
## Stage Picks actually matter because this move kills really early against light weights on high plats

[Additional notes]
- Forward Throw might be too strong still
- Focus Attack might still be overpowered
- Ribbon Throw might need some power scaling improvements
- I'm not actually sure if Candy Throw doesn't bounce the opponent online so please notify me if it does!
- Not sure how good new Nair, Ftilt, and Fair are

[General]
= Finally actually hopefully fixed Ribbon desyncs

[Down Special] - Focus Attack
- Armor comes out frame 4 instead of frame 1
+ Increased startup of attack 18 -> 20
## Minor change that might improve the move's readability
+ Increased hold release startup 2 -> 4
## This just means how fast does the move come
## out after releasing special if were charging meter.

Callie Changes April 20th, 2021

[General]
- Air Accel 0.4 -> 0.3
= Forward Aerial hurtbox fixed
= Moves player upward during Forward Special if they cannot walljump (Basically slides up ledges)
= Ribbon Throw no longer desyncs replays
= Candy Throw should no longer keep the effect on opponents

[Neutral Special] - Rework
= Acts similarly to Nspecial hitbox wise
= Holding Nspecial consumes meter
= Consuming meter increases damage by 1 per 10 points of meter
= Consuming meter increases extra hitpause by 10 per 10 points of meter
= Pressing shield during startup dash cancels the move
= Startup and Dash Cancel windows have special armor
= Special Armor absorbs 1 melee hitbox and then is removed
= Special Armor infinite projectile hitboxes as long is armor exists
= Special Armor converts all projectiles into heart meter, and also refills all meter used during the move
## This was made to allow Callie to safely engage against projectiles
## It forces opponents with projectiles to play more carefully

[Up Strong]
+ Increased Weakspot Damage 6 -> 8
+ Sweetspot now hits under platforms, indicated by heart effects
## Before she could only punish people landing on platforms
## with uspecial and utilt which isn't that great

[Up Air]
+ Increased Damage 6 -> 8

[Back Aerial]

## Also Callie still might be TOO fast! She's inteded to be a fast grappler, but even then

- Reduced the volume of some sound effects (rip the meaty hits)

- Down Special now absorbs hearts spawned by opponent Callies (This ditto is actually dumb fun)

- Hearts no longer break when another players hitbox is active (Morshu Rupees broke the hearts on hit cause I did a dumb)
