Fixes
* Fixed a minor issue related to negative damage
* Potentially fixed edge cases for the crossbow penalty and hothead effects lingering whereas they should not
* Fixed an issue related to weapon abilities not activating/deactivating correctly

Balance
* Reworked damage scaling through levels, with VitalityToDamageRatio set to 6 instead of 8, growth set to 0.225 instead of 0.3, ArmorToVitality set to 0.4 instead of 0.35, these changes should make the base level damage fallof much less important, which was resulting in Constitution granting way too much survivability compared to a similar investment in damage. Further adjustments may be needed.
* Adrenaline now reduce AP recovery by 3 instead of 2
* Adrenaline cooldown increased from 4 to 6
* Haste cooldown increased to 4 from 3
* Skin Graft now reduce both armours to 0 for 2 turns and also remove Momentum and Lingering
* Perseverance doesn't restore Vitality anymore but increase all resistances by 5% per point when you are incapacitated
* Mnemonics is now incompatible with Lone Wolf

* Ported the Sucker punch fix code to Lua and fixed an issue with the original fix not working properly
* Fixed an issue with the Elemental ranger custom effect that worked without having the talent enabled
* Fixed an issue with damage going through armour where it could regenerate more Vitality than normal if one of the damage type is completely absorbed
* Damage over time doesn't trigger Lifesteal anymore
* CQB Penalty marker doesn't trigger anymore if the character is sneaking and/or is invisible to avoid accidental cheese

* Fixed an issue with dual wielding tooltip
* Fixed the tooltip issue with weapon-enhancing statuses not displaying the correct damage (it is still somewhat inaccurate on low level)

* When wielding a ranged weapon during combat, close characters triggering the CQB penalty will be now highlighted
* Physical, Piercing and Shadow resistances will now be displayed on the character sheet if their value is different than 0

Balance
* Wands are now empowered by the surface and cloud the user stands in, granting a 15% multiplicative damage boost of the type of the surface (both surface and cloud are additive). This bonus can be controlled in the options.
* Elemental Ranger now provide 1 turn of Elemental Weapon of the same damage type of the special arrow or grenade you used.
* Morning Person do not make you start combat with full AP anymore but instead you get a +2 AP Recovery if your turn have been skipped incapacitating effect(s) (cumulating effects that reduce your AP recovery to 0 also count as incapacitating). Effects making you lose the control of your character doesn't count as incapacitating.
* Walk it off do not reduce Momentum and Lingering duration anymore
* Oily Carapace now also clear Petrified and Stunned, and recover 30% of the max Physical armour if targetted characters have Slowed or Petrified
* Cryotherapy now also clear Frozen and Chilled, and recover 30% of the max Magic armour if targetted characters have Chilled or Frozen
* Siphon poison surface boost has been reworked. Base damage is now 20 and increase by 2 per 7.5 tiles of Poison surfaces absorbed for a maximum of 30 boosts. Your weapon attacks will now also set Acid for 1 turn. If Venom Coating is also active, Acid duration is increased by 2 turns.
* Firebrand is now correctly scaled
* Firebrand base damage increased from 20 to 28
