Entity manager
-> All maximum entities and fx except vehicles and corpses significantly reduced to help multiplayer and editor performance

Added handheld guns and bazooka to entity equipment manager
Added blood spread to fx blood manager

Grenades now depend on pattern
Consistent grenade blast radius and strength.
Grenades can now kill/blow up cars when thrown close enough

Human parts and small stuff are now tagged when generated (Can be manually cleaned up more rapidly with editor code)

Kamikaze test weapon added

Targeting system -> Ready for shot grenade added.
Units will now throw any type of ap, fg, or ic grenade that they have ready ON HAND if they are in range.
