Corrected some faction issues for the bandits in the streets.

Added some new items to the merchant.

Placed all enemies in the various arena zones in the correct factions.

The dojo enemies are no longer able to be looted during combat.

Moved the rotworm nests in the streets area so that it is less likely to bleed into the top group of bandits.

The cactus is now listed under "item" in the journal.

Made some changes to the Quick Shortbow so that its TTA boost only applies when it's used to attack. It scales a bit too (1 + 10% of your Bow Skill). Consider combining it with Multishot for maximum bow spam.

Future proofing dojo training.

Added a unique bow for the dojo reward. This will only show up if you haven't beaten the dojo yet.

Added interior lighting, fixed some furniture, and added a safeguard to the tablet spawns in the mythril arena.
