- Fixed a surface hole near Campofelice di Roccella that was original fixed in v1.05 but accidentally re-introduced in v1.16. Updated collision cache for full & summer layout, rally stage S4 & S6.
- Re-adjusted hay bales and added additional trucks for blocking instant timing area in race session.

- Reworked instant out-lap timing mechanism (workaround), which fixed an issue where player could gain an extra completed lap (due to triggering instant timing in paddock) after rejoining a online session race. Instant timing area is now defined by a group of hay bales and only available in practice, qualify sessions. In race session, hay bales are re-arranged to block access to instant timing area.
- Reworked AI path in paddock, limited AI speed under 60kph in paddock, fixed AI not moving issues while exiting paddock.

- Re-triangulated all terrain & road surface meshes. Fixed bad triangulated faces at outer road edge.
- Split all 16 terrain boundary walls into 64 smaller pieces to avoid collision cache errors that would otherwise result invisible obstacles or holes.
- Updated all collision cache files.

- Add 10 new rally stage layouts (S5-S14), each based on real historic rally events from 70s to 90s.
- Fixed fast timing sectors exploits on all rally stages to ensure fair play, which previously could be used to achieve impossible laptimes. Attempt to exploit those fast timing sectors will now immediately cancel laptime.
- Fixed "Exiting pit under red" while staying in garage area.
- Improved AI dropdown & slowdown zone at the end of each rally stage.
- All rally stages now share the same default setup folder "Targa_Florio_Rally".
- Replaced "pit closed" sign board with pit-out flagger.
- Added start location name to each rally stage name.
- Updated & corrected all rally stages length info.

- New single file 72 starting grids for 72km layout, each grid is roughly 50 meters apart.
- Adjusted garage area to make room for 72 garage spots.
- Increased the number of pit spots to 24 (per 3 vehicles).

- Separated inner mesh face from outer mesh face for all 2D walls, guardrails, fences, gates. Disabled collision for all outer mesh face. Collision is now enabled only on inner mesh face (single-side collision), which eliminated the stuck-in-wall problem.
- Simplified collision wall of the two bridges at Caltavuturo, which they used to have complex uneven collision model that had high chance to strand cars.

Version 1.09
- Added a new full-length layout "Targa Florio 1967 Summer", with all dry grass field as frequently requested. Over a hundred textures has been adjusted to fit the new summer theme.
- No more generic flowers from summer layout.
