-the mod now uses a unique Imperial government type to avoid compatibility conflicts with other mods. it is otherwise visually and functionally identical to the previous iteration.
-the government type is now available to the viceroys of Imperial Emperors

Added a restriction option to the rule screen that makes Imperial Elective a prerequisite for the Imperial Government type.
