Patch Notes:

1. Artifacts and Scrolls behavior reverted to that of the base game or what other mods apply.
2. Bow ability Arrow Storm now deals the same damage as the normal bow attack. I think that the fact it is slower can be blocked balances it already.
3. Fixed bug where shields were 30% stronger than the base game
4. Ship weights have been reduced
