v1.13.3
Preliminary release, test version. The next one will be more stable. A number of errors have been fixed, alternative real-time generation has been added, the approach to pathfinding has been changed, minor improvements and fixes.

- Improved damage detection and damage response.
- Fixed wanted mode, now wanted starts after 5 kills, provided that other NPCs have seen you.
- Added error in ignoring damage if the NPC is busy with another enemy. As long as the NPC has more than 50 HP, he will not add you to the enemy if you hit him, as long as he is busy with another enemy.
- Added path fixer in "run_from_danger", NPCs should run less towards the player when trying to escape.

- Исправлен режим розыска, теперь розыск запускается после 5 убийств, при условии что вас видели другие НПС.
- Добавлена погрешность игнорирования урона, если НПС занят другим противником. Пока у НПС больше 50 ХП, он не добавит вас во враги, если вы попадёте по нему, до тех пор, пока он занят другим врагом.
- Добавлен фиксер пути в "run_from_danger", НПС должны меньше бежать в сторону игрока при попытке побега.

v1.13.0:
What's changed:
- Fixed some bugs in slib that were causing important hooks to hang.
- Added new state “”go_to_police_car“”. Police have a certain chance to return to the vehicle, if the player has moved too far away or got into the car.
- For the police created its own Decent Vehicle controller. It still doesn't work well, but now police vehicles will be more likely to drive in your direction and ram into you.
- Other fixes and improvements
