Changes:

=] The Timeless no longer gain a movement speed buff. (Reason: Unnecessary)
=] The Timeless' charisma boost is now properly +20%.
=] The Timeless' max-food has been increased by 50%. (Reason: Food drained at a rapid rate, especially without any mods changing food consumption rate. This will give more time between needing to eat, while still being less than vanilla and demand more food to be consumed to reach maximum food.)
=] The Timeless are now immune to Insanity. (Reason: Roleplay.)
=] The Timeless are now immune to Darkness. (Reason: Roleplay.)
=] The Timeless are now immune to Shadow. (Reason: Roleplay.)

Initial release.

Features:

=] FU and (maybe) FR compatibility. The Timeless are fragile, fast, high-energy, and regenerate very quickly. This encourages a glass-cannon playstyle with quick recovery.


Known Issues:

The Timeless' species description is not shown in the Personal Tricoder. I will get this fixed eventually.
