TAKEDA GREAT GUARD now AVAILABLE TO RECRUIT when Takeda Daimyo become Shogunate and the same for MORI NIHON MARU

Slightly lower the rate of fire of Arrow Tower to make it less the pain in the ass, but still faster than Vanilla.
