Added Vegetation ignore time for projectiles.

The offensive aura from ROR greatweapon Longbeards now replenishes vigour instead of buffing speed. The amount of buff has also been increased.

Nerfed "Entrench", a part of its effect is now provided by the aura from Defenders of Karaz Ankor.
