Patch Notes Lore Series: Hertz Province Patrols V 1.4

Changed the way patrols pick their targets to attack, and fixed some cases where patrols did not attack an enemy found in the region.

  • Patrols no longer attacks enemies who are in the same region.
  • Patrols scan for any enemies within the same province within 800 meters and attack if an enemy force has been found
  • When any army sieges a settlement, the patrol will move towards the settlement under siege

Patch Notes Lore Series: Hertz Province Patrols V 1.3

Made some small changes to what patrols do when a settlement in the region is lost or abandoned.

Patrols now continue patrolling in the regions that are still owned by the player. But if the patrol is defeated it will not respawn a new patrol until the province is fully occupied again.

  • Patrols continue patrolling if the region they're in is razed.
  • Patrols get removed when inside a province that is held completely by another faction.
  • Patrols get removed when inside a province that has no owning factions (all settlements razed)

Fixed the province patrol affecting supply lines again...

Creating a new force would cause the suply lines to be recalculated with the province patrols included, This shouldn't happen and I hope I caught all instances where this bug might occur now.

Patrol supply lines calculations

  • Fixed unit disband supply lines calculations
  • Fixed Lord recruitment/military force creation supply lines calculations

Patrol force types
  • Fixed unit force type not being applied correctly
  • Added a loyalty modifier as a safety-net if force type fails

With this change your patrol forces should again have te patrol_army flag, which removes loyalty and does other minor things beind the scenes regarding lord replacement, lord level and other areas.

Fixed the province patrol affecting supply lines.

There was a single supply line stuck which I just couldn't remove for some reason. To combat this 1 province patrol will have an effect bundle which counters this stuck supply line effect. This effect bundle looks visually empty in the force but you can just ignore that one.

  • Difficulty based supply lines are removed from patrol forces
  • Hidden supply line counter effect added to 1 province patrol.
