Minor patch 0.3.1
Bugfixes
Warhorse event localization fixed.
Kaladin and his family are now properly located in Hearthstone rather than being employed directly by Amaram and Sadeas.
Soulcasters are now properly unequipped if you run out of investiture while using them.
Disabled AI from issuing dueling requests for now; will reenable them when we have fixed the dueling event properly.
Fixed county culture and faith conversion council tasks.
Fixed a bunch of regions being the wrong culture on game start (Note that there's still some inexplicable Almian bordergore; if you figure out why, let us know!)
Fixed GUI issues with Elsecallers and the Surge of Tension.
Additions:
Dueling acceptance now up with enemy prowess, and down with your prowess and dread.
The AI can now use radiant powers and radiant shards.
Added the Listener Song of Listing game concept to the Parshendi form traits.
New Heightmap for the Horneater Peaks, in preparation for the Jah Keved revision.
Added Mount artifact slot and the Ryshadium artifact (currently does not appear in GUI and there is no way to gain one.)
More Parshendi marbling patterns.
Refactoring:
Massive refactoring of the Godherja artifact system. We still use the Godherja GUI, but the scripted effects have been completely redone.
Refactored radiance conditionals. No current gameplay effect.

Update: Dec 17, 2020 @ 12:51am

Patch 0.3.0

Highlights:
Investiture is now a proper resource, like gold, prestige and piety! This lays the foundations for an Investiture Economy!
Custom calendar localization! No more January!
Listeners and humans are now meaningfully distinct species, with Listeners getting custom marbling textures!
A large number of Game Concepts and lore-friendly tooltips have been added!
Fan favorites Wit and Moash are in their respective courts, bringing a few easter eggs! Moash in particular wants you to grant him land and Switch Ruler, so that he can Reform Vorinism and subjugate the Lighteyes! Perhaps someone should have a talk with him... or teach him a lesson?
Alethkar is now less stable, but at least they have cooler horses and an absolutely *amazing* Council.
Duels are now more nuanced!

Investiture Rework:
Investiture is now a resource, similar to spheres or prestige.
It caps at your amount of spheres and 10% of your monthly gem income will be invested.
Everyone has access to it, though only radiants can currently use it.
You can gain more from recharging spheres during a highstorm, a decision that replaces the current inhale stormlight decision. In this, you can risk a low, medium, or high amount of spheres for investiture. There is a chance your spheres will blow away in the storm or be stolen though.
Summoned shards and surges are toggleable. Surges gradually use up stormlight and automatically stop when you run out of stormlight, though can be stopped manually before then. Shards take a large amount of stormlight to summon but don't drain it away, and will give 60% back when disabled, which is helpful if you need stormlight.
Nightblood is extremely expensive investiture wise, as it drains 50 a month if you choose to draw it. That's the same amount that it takes to summon your shardblade. That said, Nightblood is temporary, only being drawn a year. AKA don't draw it unless you have 600+ investiture, and prepare to lose most of it.

Singers/Listeners:
Singers and humans are now distinguished by a gui element, similar to eye color.
Listeners can now have marbled skin.
Singers can now attune different rhythms for small buffs/debuffs, as well as one of the three pure tones of roshar for a larger buff, but with harsher debuffs.
Singers can now switch forms. Forms of power do not currently exist, and the current list is:
- Warform
- Workform
- Mateform
- Dullform(Don't know why you'd choose this one)
- Slaveform(Can't choose it, can't change out of it)
- Nimbleform
- Mediationform
- Scholarform
- Artform
All forms but Dullform and Slaveform are unlocked through technology. Warform, Workform, Mateform, and Nimbleform start unlocked.
The ai picks form based on the situation. If it is at war or is a marshal, it's likely to pick warform. If building something, workform. Mediationform for chancellors, etc. Nimbleform is the default if no condition is met(unlikely.)

Bugfixes:
Greatly reduced many image file sizes and removed extraneous files. This fixes the }-bug.
Improved localization across the board, and added a bunch of new names.
Certain traits removed from ruler designer
Fixed duels. Several times.
Artifact inheritance fix, you will now inherit all artifacts whether your dad died of natural causes or you killed him yourself.
Reindexed traits for compatibility with Ruler Designer. Unfortunately, this partially breaks compatibility with old saves - your traits may have been shuffled around!
With the exception of Dalinar, the Alethi Highprinces only pay lip service to the Crown, supplying minimal levies and taxes. The reason they're not exempt is because this was making them love Elhokar a bit much.
Fixed Alethi and Listener kings, queens and highprinces not starting with any Levels of Splendor.
Shallan Davar is now in her final year of Wardship with Jasnah Kholin and retains a Student/Mentor relationship with her afterwards.
Removed Vassal Opinion bonus from Dawncity Holdings.
Set title inheritance dates from 980 to 1150 as the default, with a few characters inheriting later. This counteracts the excessive Long Reign opinion bonuses that were making everybody love each other.
Most magical modifiers now use the icon magic_positive, which is rarely used in the base game. There is also a new investiture_icon that you'll find on your traits and modifiers.
Veden duchies slightly recolored to be more distinct.
Major refactoring of magic systems for the sake of stability and future development speed.

Minor Additions:
Lirin is now Roshone's Court Physician at game start.
Empire-tier Highprince governments that hire Kingdom-tier councilors now grant special titles (Highprince of X)
Elhokar now starts with an incredible council:
Dalinar Kholin is now Elhokar's Highprince of War (Marshal).
Torol Sadeas is now Elhokar's Highprince of Information (Spymaster).
Turinad Sebarial is now Elhokar's Highprince of Works (May become Commerce when we figure out how to fit the entire title in the UI - in any it case replaces Steward).
Added Wit; Wit now has the special council position of being the King's Wit (Chancellor). Currently one must be immortal to be given this title, though anyone can be a normal chancellor.
Added Moash and the Vyre trait, with an easter egg interaction for those in the know.
Improved Sebarial's start by giving him a reliable spouse: Palona!
Alethi/Veden dynasties added
Glyphs for titles and dynasties
Added a bunch of Game Concepts and improved tooltips! For example, you can now read about the Radiants and Surgebinding from the game concept linked on any radiant trait, or simply by looking it up in the F9 Game Concepts menu! Note that there are some spoilers for the books in some of these.
Second balance pass on Surgebinding modifiers. Adhesion is completely revamped to be more about bonds.
Customized the Calendar localization. The result is not entirely canonical because the actual structure of the calendar is hardcoded to have 12 months of given lengths, but it's better than using the default Gregorian calendar.
Shshshsh died in Rathalas now, but not many know of it.
Yenev has been added as the former owner of Aladar Highprincedom.
Dueling acceptance is much more nuanced, and you can use hooks to improve the AI's acceptance. Note that doing this may push you to rivalry.
Better warhorse event :)
Less cattle, more chulls.
New DNA for some of our favorite minor characters!

Map:
Minor revision of the counties in northern Alethkar. These were some of the first we drew and we've learned a lot about province design since then - it's still not finalized but should be better balanced.
Added veden dukes and counts.
The unclaimed hills have been reworked, with far fewer counties and more unique place names. This probably breaks your saves by a lot.

Update: Dec 7, 2020 @ 5:24pm

Further buffed Queen Eshonai's Host by replacing levies with Listener Men-at-arms.
Various localization and GUI improvements/bugfixes.
Expanded names list among the Alethi cultures.
Revised traits of some background characters (like Kadash)
Removed some RoW spoilers from a certain building's tooltip localization. They may be added again in a later patch.
Added custom icons for Listener Men-at-Arms. (Thanks Stirles!)
Improved DNA for Dalinar, Elhokar, Kaladin, Shallan, and a few others

Update: Dec 2, 2020 @ 8:05am

Minor patch 0.2.1

Updated steam tags.
Added an event for choosing a Devotary as a Vorin child.

Update: Dec 1, 2020 @ 10:30pm

Fixed Steam Workshop thumbnail.

Update: Dec 1, 2020 @ 9:28pm

Patch 0.2.0
Characters:
Jasnah Kholin is now an exposed non-believer at game start.
Navani, Lirin and Hesina are now heterosexual.
Dalinar may now use the Claim Throne interaction against Elhokar, but he is really bad at it and needs to gather allies or hooks if he wants to succeed.
Eshonai's Special Troops buffed and Narak's special building changed to provide better defenses, to discourage Dalinar and Elhokar from stomping the Listeners on day 1.
Vorin Ardents should now be properly clothed and have a culture. Please inform us if you spot an ardent that's been generated without a name.
Disabled dueling lifestyle focus for now. The dueling lifestyle perks remain in the martial tree.
Radiant levels are now structured in terms of level-progressive perks rather than having one trait per order and a Modifier per level of ideal.
The effects of radiance have been vastly rebalanced across the order, with level 5 Radiance generally being OP in a different way for each order.
Unkalaki are now much more likely to be generated with the Giant trait.
Eye-color doctrine implemented. A darkeyed Vorin ruler suffers opinion penalties from lighteyed Vorins.
Some easter egg characters have been added, with more to come.

Technical:
"Conquer Duchy" casus belli now correctly only targets one duchy, not all the land of anyone who has any land in the de jure territory of the target duchy.
Offer Vassalization interaction now works properly.
Improved compatibility with future patches to the base game.
Papermap/Flatmap replaced with a much higher quality one (Thanks Stirles!)
Various localization and GUI improvements.
