Devious Desires - V4.0.5

-Added functionality to Advanced Controls to work on other Thralls or Players, both for Forced Emoting and Partner Scenes
-Fixed an issue that caused carried characters to appear falsely shrunk or grown when changing outfit
-Fixed issues relating to high heels and being carried, should no longer shrink or grow characters; Will require latest High Heel api (3.0.2)
-Fixed an issue where stopping emote animations during carry falsely assigned a different emote animation
-Improved responsiveness on resetting Advanced Controls
-Improved mod initialization
-Adjusted whitelist tooltips to include tip on how names are to be seperated
-Added High Heels api 3.0.2
-Updated Accessory api to 4.1.3
-Recompiled for 2.8 base game update
