Most of nerfs from last patch was kept. some of them got reverted and changed to other directions.

Stuff that got changed/reverted:

general stats:
reverting runspeed

fstrong:
increase slide distance
can now slide off ledges
pushed back charge release frame

upair:
reverted hitbox size
added a 3 frame long sourspot

nair:
reverted to old framedata but made smaller

bair:
swapped priority of the sourspot and sweetspot

fair:
angle 361
have sourspot

dair:
second hitbox will be added to the first hit

dstrong:
reduced hitstun multiplier

uspecial:
level 3 spawn 2 bones. since lv2 and lv3 are actuall the same (maybe i forgot when coding them) and having lv3 stay out an even more than it's now would be tedious. so it's 2 lv2 bones now, it doesnt do much more than before, just something there to differ lv2 and 3.

Ambi patched this. Chara at first was base closely on basecast but after some glaring issue we agree on just shot everything moving. anything looks like it still basecast normals, kill it.


General Stats: bringing them lower than clairen and forb (original bases)

- Walk Speed: 2.8 > 3
- Initial Dash Time: 10 > 12
- Initial Dash Speed: 7.4 > 6.75
- Dash Speed: 6.5 > 6
- Moonwalk Acceleration: 1.8 > 1.5
- Maximum Air Speed: 5 > 4.5
- Air Acceleration: 0.32 > 0.30
- Air Friction: 0.46 > 0.40
- Gravity Speed: 0.55 > 0.50
- Hitstun Gravity: 0.49 > 0.50
- Waveland Adjustment: 1.4 > 1.1
- Wave Friction: 0.01 > 0.03

Note: There value from Ambi are not correct "endlag", they are the length of last attack window
.Most have whifflag and will be 1.5x longer when whiff


Jab: It no longer lead to anything on DI out, just use to reset neutral ig, also no longer can pressure with long lasting hitbox. poorer poke damage.

- Damage: 4 > 3
- Active Frames: 5 > 2
+ HSP: 5 > 5.5
- Endlag: 10 > 13
- Hitbox Size Reduced Severely

Up-Tilt: Only this seems so poor already it need a bandage lol, Zetter Utilt with Clairen whifflag.
- Startup: 6 > 5

F-Tilt: Massive startup for something of Zetter's range now, don't use it.
- Startup: 11 > 13
- Active Frames: 4 > 5

D-Tilt: You will have a bad time trying to combo anything into this, or catch landing with this now.
- Hitbox Size Reduced

N-Air: Originaly a Forburn Nair with better hitbox and higher lag/landing lag, now it's just worse.
- Endlag: 8 > 11
- Landing Lag: 10 > 13
- First Hitbox Size Reduced
- Last Hitbox Size Reduced

Up-Air: Originaly a Forburn Uair with better hitbox and higher lag/landing lag, now it's just worse.
Also animation look weird now.
- Active Frames: 6 > 3
- Hitbox Size Reduced

F-Air: You will have harder time landing this, with less reward.
- Startup: 12 > 14
- Damage: 9 > 8
- Hitbox Size Reduced

B-Air: funny spike still there but harder to get.
- Landing Lag: 8 > 10
- Spike Hitbox Size Reduced
- Added a Sourspot

D-Air: Visually, it might looks like it's Forburn size, but it's actually meh now.
- First Hitbox Size Reduced

F-Special: People should get less reward from hitting the melee hit of a f18 projectile move.
- Melee Hitbox Damage: 9 > 5

Up-Strong: got shot because it was standing nearby
- Hitbox Size Reduced

F-Strong: The first hit no longer stun and guarranted second hit was already a thing from last patch, but this move still make people complain about SAI characters being too flashy, so ig you will get punish for trying to hit people with this.
HItting the first hitbox at earlier percent (below 50 generally) allow people to land or tech, whatever options they want, and run to your location before you got out of endlag, and the location shouldn't be far away since Chara slide for 50 centimeter now, don't get nowhere by stabing youself.

Also the second hitbox, which sitting at f34 and normally only work because sliding, got shot too because,

- Higher Friction
- Higher Endlag
- First Hitbox Size Reduced

- Last Hitbox Size Reduced
- Last Hit Active Frames: 8 > 4
