-Added deathmatch

-Fixed error bug with the ghost knife

A small update for the map

-Made the map a little bigger 32 unites from each side.
-Disable sv_cheats after 0.5sec.
-Added flip ghost knife instade of the defult one.
-Moved the mid boxs to the right a little bit for both T's and CT's.
-You can't drop your knife anymore.
-Added a place for both sides that you can get up to [its a high risk high reward].
-Made the ramps a bit shorter [with small bit that you can surf on].
