Fixed bug that caused the old Celtic civ to ba available as an AI player.

- Removed Prophets and Admirals from the random draw for the Irish UA as these were not working properly. UA has been reworded to reflect this change.
- Ireland's icon colour changed to a lighter shade of gold to contrast better with the green.
