3.1.4 - Changes Include -

New Options for Ground Based Interceptor (THAAD/NIKE). Nike now works properly as intended by exploding in area taking out multi-warheads from clustered MIRVs. Interceptor Sites have two loadouts, THAAD missile is free, while NIKE is a purchased missile (Nuclear=Better Option against MIRVs).

AEGIS upgrade now intergrates the mutliple loadouts on Destroyers, Cruisers, Heavy Cruisers so that once AEGIS is researched all loadouts are almost the same with all weapons that are unlocked. This allows AI to use the now improved SM3 and other weapons by simply researching AEGIS. AEGIS ships are a force-multiplier now and very hard to kill. SM3 (Interceptor on Aegis ships) will not shoot at lower missiles/warheads but is more effective and has a chance to kill 2 warheads if close together.

Laser CIWS improved to not shoot at high missiles and act more as a defending weapon to keep ship alive, not for intercepting missile over-head.

1 ASW helo added to Cruisers.

Adjusted prices for missiles, like smaller nuclear bombs.

New Espionage boosting Cyber Warfare Command building that launches cyber attacks to disable buildings. Place near bigger city for biggest impact on Espionage. Limit 1 per user. Malware Payload CAN NOT be reloaded. 5 shots, 5 min cool down and effect time.

New Research Boosting Building - Limit 1 per user. Will test and check on the price to build if it is too high/too low. Place near bigger city for biggest impact on Research.

New EMP weapon that disables SAM/ABM/RADAR systems.

Added new Hypersonic conventional ALCM can be intercepted before going Hypersonic, based on new US ARRW missile

3.1.1 - Made some changes to models, Cruiser dont get stealth anymore, destroyers do. Also Advanced/Stealth bombers have the magazine for small tactical n-bombs (b61/upgraded 1MT) They will drop more than one on cities and other targets. This requires more in inventory but gives a reason to use them. They are pretty good. Changed Self-Defense missile to only be on Stealth Fighters/Carrier Bombers.

2.4.3 - LANG FILE UPDATE / MAIN SCREEN ART ADDED / NEW PREVIEW ARTWORK / Fixed Silos to not be so overpowered by increases firing rate when CC Bunker is near, gave ECM to Carrier (effects ALBM shot at it) to make it more survivable from ALBM. Used the custom art work the for Sam sites, but that will be same as Mobile for now until next update with more custom artwork. Thanks for the patience. I made the Mobile SAM cost the same as non-mobile and Mobile SAMS are better, they fire faster.
