Update 1.3:

- Removed grass clipping
- Moved some weapon plaques
- Renamed some containers
- Removed a few guards
- Added a button to close secret room on the inside
- Removed some book cases
- Fix some lighting that was affecting performance
- Added some decorations to the walls
- Fixed a follower not wanting to follow
- Renamed map marker, house, guard, inn to Falkreath Estate
- Added dirt path
- Fixed road to Estate
- Add a few more pine trees
