**Balance**
- Reduced building slot bonuses given out by innovations
- Settlement holding buildings now have -1 building slots
- Made canon characters more safe from harm
- Ensured removal of Isengard Industrialisation modifiers should Saruman lose Isengard.
- Widened range of potential elven activity invitees
- Discouraged Nazgul from joining factions against Sauron
- Improved AI around acceptance of marriage requests for longer lived men
- Small improvements to orc and elf building balance
- Made develpment hit from orcs taking over elven lands less penal
- AI orcs should now be more proactive in removing buildings that they cannot use when given non-orc land
- Small changes to the starting innovations of a handful of cultures
