Hotfix:
- Fixed crisis utility buff ship components being visible in ship designer. This won't remove them from saved designs so make sure to not tell your friends if you are playing multiplayer.

- We have added Fleet supplements option to the main ACE menu (gallery[imgur.com]).

Crisis fleets can receive more ships for all their fleets, up to 100 ships for each fleet. Extradimensionals get point defense, Contingency carriers, and Swarm spinal mounted weapon ships.

Additionally, these ships can optionally be buffed at Low, Medium or High level, each step being equivalent to an effective jump by two technology tiers.

The above changes raise potential achievable fleet power of a single crisis fleet to tens of millions.

No vanilla files were harmed while making this update.

- Extradimensionals now use Jump Drives to attack valuable targets (demonstration timelapse video). This can be disabled in Advanced Options.
- Adjusted targeting priorities, galactic empires are more likely to be targeted than other crisis factions.
- Fixed longstanding silly bug of crises not using Gateways when they should.
- It is now much harder to bait bombarding fleet out of planet orbit.
- Added partial French localisation by Inny78 and Aralicia Vel-Moran.

Jump drive code is a fork of Stellaris Fleet EXtender[github.com] jump drive code.

- Added full Spanish localisation. Russian localisation improvements.

- Fixed potential vanilla bug for colony not being destroyed on Contingency Worlds when last pop was killed by bombardment. For ongoing saves with the bug load the game in singleplayer, then save without even unpausing.
