Bugfixing:

- Character finder dropdown filtering is back
- Better controls to prevent electors/candidates from becoming hof/electors if they are not eligible (rather than letting maintenance handle it)
- Fixed some notifications events without title or text

Sponsorship

-Better (dynamic) tooltip for interface button
-You now need to have the amounts of mana beforehand in order to sponsor a candidate
-The ability to sponsor a candidate is now unlocked when your Prestige and Piety level are 3 or above

Candidate Finder

-Added some locked prefiltering to prevent some of the worse lagging. Unfortunately there is no way around removing the lag completely until Paradox allows more extensive gui modding
