[Intro]
So what I did was I remodified a chinese mod into english and increased it from what that mod did, which was default
20-40 level cap.
So honestly I did not do a lot then that and fun fact I don't even know if it worked. So either this mod increase your cap to 40 or 100!
If anyone can test that I would be grateful.

It should make ALL NPCs and you able to level up to 100 without disabling achievments.

This may be extremely unbalanced OR Extremely balanced if you are against level 100 enemies too. Anyway Goodluck!
