-Minor Empire, Southern Realms and Kislev factions are now playable again.

NOTE: Currently there's an issue where the Elector Count seat of your faction remains visible and you can still assign a different character to it, but won't actually take any effect as the seat remains for your faction leader. I will see how I can hide this UI panel in the future so as to avoid confusion. The mod now utilizes Mixu's empire politics script.
