- Added the factions and player factions to the Royalty DLC 'Empire' no-kill-list, because that's apparently a thing that has to be done now.

Would have been significantly easier on modders if it was a kill-list instead, but that's Ludeons go-to nowadays, make life difficult for those who freely give time to add content to the game.
