Removed outdated GUI topbar from part of the project still under development.

Changed requirements to found new school to align with 2.0

Added schools in Athens for Platonists, Aristotelians, Epicureans, and Stoics. By establishing a school there, this ensures that there will always be philosophers of this type available (unless future flavour events say otherwise).
