1.06 update

-Finally you can get new vulpians for your colony (usually as wandeners). Also, vulpians now appear in crash pods.

--If you use EDB, choose "vulpian ancient soldier" to add one vulpian in your pull of colonists.

-Fixed grammar in backstories.

-Few new backstories

-Rebalance of Vulpes. It takes less pain for them to get downed. Min comf temperature was increased from 15 up to 25
