-Made robes outline black
-Changed outline on glaive
-Glaive throwing distance is now based on percentage of the charge instead of the charge time
-Lettuce now receives the glaive if he loses it
-Added the glaive to the devil, angel, greed devil, and green angel room pools
-Player costume is re-applied when the player updates
