-fixed an error where the combo variable was uninitialized, stopping the custom ai from working until colonel gets hit
-when an ai colonel fights a ronald, at the start of the match colonel now stops the ronald from moving until he finishes his opening taunt(its kinda jank tho, if I ever update this again I'll probs change how this works)
-changed extra damage from down air augment from 12 -> 4
-while golden, nspecial does more damage and pulls opponents in

-fixed error in ai_init that stopped the custom ai from initializing
-improved ai system
-improved custom ai behavior
-supers now give invincibility if you hit an opponent
-increased volume of full spice meter laugh

-changed how colonel scouts for urls to determine special taunts
-dstrong hitbox 2 no longer spawns if you have not hit an opponent(makes landing dsuper from the front easier)
