Happy end of 2022. This is probably the last version of Asteroid Redux. There has been a lot of changes since last year that we didn't really wrote it down, but it's mostly down to visuals and some optimizations.

RC9:
- (Development) Switched to Hammer++.
- (Development) Removed errors about SOLID_VPHYSICS in console again.
- Areaportals are back! (partially)
- Rotating skybox!
- Added rounded walls in some corners.
- Improved rocket bases.
- Simplified some brushes.
- Reskinned "ending sequence" robots.
- Changed lights so that it's more natural.
- Reduced number of lights.
- Fixed some textures.
- Fixed the BLU water hatch model.
- Fixed collision meshes that were disabled on the interior support models.
- Merged skybox brushes.
- Reduced the size of the middle playerclips brushes.
- Restored luxel size to 16 for a lot of odd textures.

Reduced lighting in BLU vents.
Fixed an overlooked texture on RED underwater.
Fixed a prop on BLU B not being lit properly.
Fixed an I/O at the vault that wasn't present because of the decompile being trash.
Fixed a bug on finale.
(Development) Optimized compilation by func_detail B's new ceiling introduced in RC7.

Added some walls to make gameplay more balanced, work in progress.
Added more details in the vaults.
Added a missing Exit panel on BLU A.
Added lights on panels like Exit, Intelligence, etc.
Added custom Vault panels.
Added another spytech room on both sides at A.
Added hangars and memorials on both sides of the map.
Fixed some walls overlooked in RC6.
Redone a lot of messed up textures.
Made some walls have a bigger luxel (in short, less pixellized lights on the walls).
Changed a lot of textures.
Continued the texture rework in vents.
Finished the ceiling lights on both sides at B.

Created two companies in the Team Fortress lore.
Created two rocket launching bases, based on unused voicelines.
Added unused voicelines.
Added a cute robot that works on computers.
Added airlocks and big doors.
Added props to make the map less empty and some classes less powerful.
Added two posters.
Added robot tracks on BLU. Mann Co. spent all the money on it and can't afford to make the same for RED.
Made two rooms' windows prettier.
Removed the spaceships.
Removed unused assets and sound files from the map.
Made overlays colors consistent at A.
(Development) Made Larry easier to use.
Activated the Low Gravity machine and deactivated it moments later because it's not a great idea.

Fixed solar panels' weird reflections.
Fixed lighting on a prop in BLU A.
Fixed two signs.
Fixed lasers not being sentient, but dumb enough to go through the ceiling.
Added two radio towers.
Added two cameras in the vaults.
Elevated the platform leading to the area with the number 040 on RED's side.
Reduced spawn doors trigger size to prevent abuse.
Changed an overlay in BLU A.
Made light models more consistent at the entrance of each base.

Added Mannpower pickup emitters under each ammo/health pack.
Fixed laser holders being sentient and able to float.
Fixed floating lights in BLU's B.
Fixed those weird pillars on B that weren't thick enough to put lights on.
Fixed a door on each side that had part of the glass in the ground.
Removed two props at B that used to suck up power cores.
Said goodbye to an unused route.

Changed the textures inside BLU and RED's window facing mid, and around the edges of BLU's window at A.
Changed model of three handrails in BLU's A.
Changed Larry's position. He can kill you now if you're cheating.
Fixed floating lights in RED's B and in BLU/RED's A.
Fixed textures (partially) on vents' ground.

Added a dome. Pretty big deal.
Reduced the timer from 60 to 45 seconds when you drop the reactor core.
Added the moon dust particles from the old versions of Asteroid.
Changed some lights so they're pretty now.
Added some lights in the vaults.
Changed ugly textures (that only the experimented eye could see) to pretty ones.
Adjusted some displacements you'll never see during normal gameplay.
