fixed incremental operand issue and smoker trait not actually being removed. Added cross version compatibility.

Fixed bug with non smokers gaining smoker trait. Added a new formula to make players more likely to quit in a 4-6 week range.

fixed issue where player would get stacking smoker trait every day due to the daily check
