Added icons for every item.
Added a premade structure bench for crafting things now.

Restricted everything but the starter items to be crafted in the premade structure bench.

Changed how structure are picked up, can no longer be instantly picked up. Houses will be 10 seconds now and Taming Pens will take 1 second.

Added the ability to set 2 doors on the basic house.

Had to rename the Tier 1 structures which may have resulted in them being deleted, simply respawn them. This was a one time thing, they had place holder names and I wanted to get them in line to the format of this mod.
