Moved Chloe, Emma and Gia from the "Bandit module only survivor deck" to the "Long Night survivor deck" since their abilities are usable even without the bandit module.
Their crossroad cards are specific to games with the bandit module, so these will never trigger when not using the bandit module.

Moved Melissa to only spawn in games where the improvement module is active.

Corrected bug where Long Night crossroads were being spawned in duplicate.

Large update - I've tried to do a lot of testing to make sure everything works nicely and on different machines, but drop me a message if you find any bugs.

Key changes as follows:

○ Missing assets for Warring Colonies expansion are added (huge credit to Ragenarok for scanning many of these for me so that I could make new decks for them) and standees created.
○ Missing promo cards and standees are added (in total there are now 9 promo survivor cards).
○ Workaround added for the issue where final card in a deck sometimes disappears into the model. Berserk aware for a TTS level fix.
○ Dice now show "Wound/Frostbite/Bite/Safe" instead of numbers.
○ Custom dice created for Warring Colonies to make them clearer. They also are labelled with the relevant effects instead of 1, 2, 3...
○ Choice of Simple setup and Advanced setup menus - with the simple i.e. you can have a standard base/LN/WC game, or a "recommended" mix of base and LN decks for up to 5 players. The advanced mode allows you to select deck by deck what you want in your game, as well as to adjust the number of survivors (and corresponding crossroads) spawned from my default of 30 (which I picked to keep the crossroads as frequent as the base game).
○ Automated setup for Colony vs Colony, with all cards recommended in the manual.
○ Split all survivors and crossroads so that you never have ones that aren't compatible with your game (for instance no survivors with Bandit related abilities or Colony vs Colony effects if you are playing a base game with just the Raxxon module).
○ Added names to Long Night Main Objective cards.
○ More that I'm probably forgetting (I've been working on this update for some time, haha)
