Version 1.11 uploaded.
Minor fixes.

Note the counter & map errata (as of 3-6-2019) was already included in the module from the initial release.
Arras (map area 25) is half blue and half-gray. Thus the Germans can enter Arras.
The 58 ENG unit has a 2 value attack factor.
