The 'probably should have been finished for release' update :

Added espionage focus policy.
Tweaked chance of stronger AI response to starbase raid.
Better and more efficient AI operations.
Now if player has both agencies on domestic AND has the focus domestic policy, they will be 100% immune to espionage.
Fixed small UI bug on Alpha Network intel report.
Complete rebalance of success/fail chances.
AI tech steal generic reward now acts the same as the player version, and scales based off of relative tech power.
Fixed small bug with opportunity mission chance.
Added tooltip to target counterintelligence report, giving a rough estimation at success chance.
Adjustment to AI espionage targeting after communications established.
Added small background to intel networks screen intel points icons.
Small localisation fix to fund crime success message.
Fixed bug sometimes stopping AI from doing espionage.
Optimization pass of all on_action events.
Fixed bug of ai not getting stop crime boost.

Made AI calcs slightly more efficient.
Increased chance of AI putting both agencies on domestic, instead of just one.

Changed version num from 2.7.2 to 2.7.*, as the mod works with both main branch and beta. (Probably also works all the way back to 2.2).

Enigmatic Engineering now protects against industrial espionage.
Changed intel points requirements for advanced intel screen. Basic now needs 80, military needs 100.
Small localisation fixes, notably incorrect intel points required tooltip.
