- Add "Restart Bidding" button that can be clicked anytime after bidding starts and before "Skat" or "Hand" is clicked in case of misclicks during bidding

Still haven't found a tournament deck to use.

- Get rid of an error message when all 3 players passed (didn't affect gameplay)

- Fix an issue preventing take skat/play hand buttons from working

Multi deck support with a deck chooser is added!
Unfortunately I couldn't find any French or even Tournament decks on TTS. Let me know if you see any and I'll add one for the "French" button.

- There are 4 deck chooser buttons and zones above them you can place your own decks in.
- Rescaled the buttons added in previous updates to look better
- Continue making variable names more descriptive

v1.3.5:

This update is a lot of cleanup and some more preparation for additional deck support.
Additional deck support is planned to be the next big update.

- Get rid of checker under table which had several buttons attached to it.
-- Move new game and points counter buttons to be attached to the table they were on top of
-- Move "take skat" and "play hand" buttons to an on-screen interface only shown to the bid winner

- Add second table which will be used for settings and deck selection
-- Move "number of players" setting button to be attached to the new "settings table"

- Rename a bunch of stuff to be more descriptive, remove unused stuff

- Redo showing/hiding the "Next game" button in a simpler way

v1.3.2:

- If you clicked the sort buttons really fast it could make your hand procede off to one side and eventually cards would fall out of your hand. I added a 0.7 second lockout on the sort button to prevent this.
