Added Titles on Mana cards to help daltonian players

Updated with the following improvements:
- Added french version of cards
- Optimized loading by putting Cards in different bags (they will only load when you get them out of bags)
- Allowed duplication of cards thanks to the use of infinite bags
- Mana is now infinite thanks to the use of infinite bags
- Optimized loading of Mana cards by using a smaller file
