added lightswitches to the maze and the apartment complex. Added a greenhouse.

made the maze harder, aesthetic changes, added the apartment complex and police officers start inside the maze cuz ACAB.

hopefully adjusts zombie pop a bit, if not then I'mma try again cuz there's too many zombies to be able to get through the maze imo -- even on builder with pop set low.

Added some fixes and aesthetified the maze some more with lots of prison bars and stuff.
