- Dair can be walljumped out of, restores Dair as well.

Bug fixes:
- "Fixed" some stasis jank.
By "fixed" I mean if it detects some wack things happening with stasis (like opponents moving while stasis is active) it ends the stasis effect. I will try to find a way to permanently fix the issue in the future once I find the proper cause of the bugs.
