v2.2 - balance patch

* General *
* Reworked the super meter gain, with 25% of damage dealt translating to meter with the exception of Up Special, which will always give 10%
(Meter gain rounds up for cases where it results in a decimal, and you will always get at least 1%)

- Down Air -
- Decreased linking hitbox height/width (40 -> 30)
- Decreased linking hitbox base knockback (7 -> 5)
- Decreased linking hitbox base hitpause (5 -> 4)
- Decreased final hitbox base knockback (6 -> 5)
- Decreased final hitbox knockback scaling (0.6 -> 0.4)
- Decreased final hitbox base hitpause (6 -> 5)
- Decreased vertical speed during descent (8 -> 5)
- Decreased horizontal speed during descent (3 -> 2)

- Forward Strong - Decreased base knockback (8 -> 6)

* Forward Special - Super Art *
- Getting parried while using the Invincibility Super Art will now instantly deplete the super meter to 0%
- Decreased invincibility time (500f -> 480f)
* You can now use meter on the other EX specials while invincibility is active
+ Increased rune invincibility time (700f -> 720f)

- Up Special -
- Decreased base knockback (5 -> 3)
- Decreased knockback scaling (0.35 -> 0.3)

* Down Special * Replaced the sound for opening up the menu

* Other *
* Rewrote most of the code
* Added sounds for all the different shots
*Added "compatibility" for boss fight stages, no way to detect hitting a boss yet so instead Cuphead gets 1% meter every second

v2.1 - i set it to v2.0 but when i uploaded it changed to v2.1 leave me alone - balance patch

* General *
- Getting parried will now take away 20% (or 1 card) from the super meter, as opposed to the previous 10%
* Waveland speed adjustment reduced (1.35 -> 1.2)
* Waveland friction/deceleration increased (0.6 -> 0.7)

* Down Strong *
- Increased startup (12f -> 16f)
* Tweaked the animation to better match the new hitboxes
+ Increased hitbox width (44 -> 70)
+ Increased sourspot width (90 -> 100)

* Neutral Special - Spread * Reduced hit lockout on shotgun hitbox (36 -> 27)

* Up Special *
- Now puts you into pratfall if you fail to land a hit
* Will now always go the same height regardless of directional input
+ Increased hitbox width/height (36/54 -> 60/60)

* Other *
* Adjusted the patch date to be along the top of the CSS with the version number
* Partially rearranged animation frame order on Back Air (frame data still the same)
* Added an extra endlag animation frame to Forward Strong (frame data still the same)
* The Air Dash message now won't display on AI/CPU players

Changes:

* Alternate color - The Valentines seasonal alt should no longer crash the game

Changes:

* NSPECIAL * Fixed certain projectiles not working properly on player slots 3 & 4

* FSPECIAL * Fixed certain projectiles not working properly on player slots 3 & 4

* Mid-Air Dash * Fixed not being able to swap inputs while using the seasonal alt

Additions:

* swallowed = false; (No longer results in a bunch of error messages)

* Forward Air * Should connect more consistently now
- Reduced total active frames (24f -> 15f)
- Removed knockback and hitpause scaling on all hitboxes except the final hitbox
+ Increased base knockback on all hitboxes except the final hitbox (4 -> 6)
+ Increased base hitpause on final hitbox (5 -> 6)
+ Increased width and height on all hitboxes
* Now slightly slows down Cuphead's horizontal speed during the active frames

* Down Air * Should connect more consistently now
- Removed knockback and hitpause scaling on all hitboxes except the final one

* Taunt * Added the sound effect that plays in Cuphead after you beat a level

* Added support for Wall-E's sound taunt, plays the sound that plays when you defeat a level in "Cuphead: Don't Deal With the Devil" (no music because each of the rips for the tracks take up around 10-20 megabytes and good golly if you think i'm about to subject the filesize/load times to that)
