Added Urban variants for Nu-7

Includes:
Individual Infantry Units with Urban Camo
Individual Wheeled and Tracked Units
Grouped Infantry Units with Urban Camo

Note: The Urban Camo is really just UCP uniform with an Olive Vest and Helmet as well as Backpack if that is required. I plan to try and add my own camos in the Nu-7 Pack; if I'm able to...
