Added a double sided reference card for each player. Side 1 has the hand ranks for poker and side 2 has the basic phases of the game.

Simplified the bullet modifier tokens to a double-sided token so you can just flip it for + or -. Also added a token to denote when noon effects have been used.

Changed the influence and control tokens to to be stackable and also added stackable bullet modifer tokens. There are separate tokens for +/- draw and +/- stud modifiers. After you make a stack of tokens, use the fixed joint tool to attach them to the card and they won't go anywhere when you move the card.

Added player boards for each player to automate draw hands and pulls, as well as a pass button to announce when a player passes their hand. The discard pile will automatically shuffle and go back into the deck slot if the deck is empty when a card draw is attempted.
