Changed card backs on the deck sets to make sure all cards have the same card back and show that card back in hidden zones.

Changed the card backs for There Comes A Reckoning and Too Tough To Die to show the card backs in hidden zones instead of the default hidden card.

Added code to check if quantity is nil, and if so, set it to 1. This avoids the error if someone pastes in a home card or another card without a quantity explicitly defined (i.e. Law Dogs (Base Set) instead of 1x Law Dogs (Base Set).

Changed token name from Ancient Spirit to Ancestor Spirit, 'cause you know, that's what it's actually called.

Fixed the card names on POST-A-TRON and Analytical Cognisizer so that the deck builder could find them properly.

Reduced the size of the influence and control tokens so that they could sit on cards without blocking everything and leave more room for other tokens.

Added the Doomtown Rulebook and Rules Compendium as custom pdf's to make them easily accessible in-game.

Randall wasn't correctly sorted into the Anarchists Quickdraw deck Starting Posse, so I corrected that.

Added automated deck builder. Don't move or delete the Cards by Set decks or the deck builder will stop working.
