Added "Swords into Plowshares" civic.

Civic changes!

- Added a special technology for Solar Tech Inc. which adds the ability to research solar panels for starbases. (Same building that machine empires are able to build).

- Green Energy League and Solar Tech Inc. users now have their energy jobs applied to ringworld segments and hydroponics bays.

- Agricultural Protocols and Agricultural Union now both produce +.50 unity alongside their food bonus.

Quick boy before vacation.

- Agricultural Protocols weight dropped to 0 to avoid the AI using a useless civic.

- Fast Food Chains, Green Energy League, Solar Tech Inc, and Agricultural Union can no longer be chosen by Lithoid empires to avoid the AI picking a useless civic.

-Lithoid variants of these civics are planned, I will work on it when I get home.

Codominant Evolution now has the additional bonus of allowing crossbreeding from the start of the game if Megacorp is installed. (Optional)

Green Energy League now makes agricultural districts start with a technician and the housing to support it.

Integrated Energy Grids now makes generator drones also produce 2 ameneties. Every 4 generator districts also provide a building slot.

Added the Fast Food Chains civic.

Added the Solar Tech Inc. civic

Fixed and changed some localisation issues.

Changed the pictures on Steam to simplify it a bit.

- Added 3 new prescripted empires.
- Shroud Touched origin rulers now start with the Chosen One trait instead of psychic.

Updated to 3.1!

Hive Amalgamation changes:
No longer starts with the ability to assimilate pops
Starting planet is no longer guaranteed to be a size 20 planet.
Origin restrictions have been lessened, devouring swarm and lithoid empires can now play this origin.
Greatly reduced the number of jobs on the capital planet (again!).

World Shapers changes:
The "Colonial Pride" modifier is no longer permanent and lasts 7200 days like the Prosperous Unification origin.

Added the "Mutagenic Assimilators" civic which has the same effect as Driven Assimilators but made to work for hive minded empires. This only requires that you are a hive minded empire that is not a devouring swarm/terravore and does in fact work with the Hive Amalgamation origin.

Localization changes, fixing typos and adding some things.

Very quick balance update.

- Hive Amalgamation no longer starts with a spawning pool on its capital and instead starts with a hive warren. This is due to the recent changes to hive worlds where every hive world receives a free spawning drone job. With the spawning pool in addition to these changes, hive minds using this origin would have a massive advantage to other empires.

- In addition to this change, the amount of jobs hive amalgamation starts with has been greatly lowered. In the last update, all the basic resource districts received an additional job if they're on a hive world (I think?). Either way, hive world starts had like 20 extra jobs so this change was necessary.
