* Rebalanced Crisis factions => it will still be way more difficult to defeat mid and endgame crisis factions compared to vanilla but i slightly decreased their power from previous values to give people a better chance of defeating them

* Fixed a bug where "The Grand Herald" was not shown correctly. Also reworked the Grand Herald. The Grand Herald will be a Dreadnought from now on with custom ship components that make it still very strong but less imbalanced like in vanilla
