Fixed bugs with timer and Areaportals

* Fixed many bugs with incident crater
* Altered some details to the Post-Disaster swan station
* Changed some logic behind the timer allowing it to reset part way through the hieroglyph sequence
* Adjusted some finer details around the station
* Changed AreaPortal textures to use cubemaps instead of black
