Fixed a few bugs, including the one where the Wanderer start had more than one person in it.

I have made a few tweaks to the vanilla starts b/c they are really impossible in some cases without them... like the cannibal hunter start...

I'm glad people who are not married to me also like this! :-)

Added more banter, and new dynamics to what the little camps that spawn can be, depending upon who is alive and who controls what.

I also fixed a bug where Flotsam Villages were spawning in Rebirth instead of camps, because I misclicked a thing.

A new Dust Bandit town to add to the bandit faction plot, and give the player an alternative town for trade.

There are also dust bandit diplomats you can talk to in the world now.

EDIT: Also, I fixed the issue with the Holy Lord Phoenix not spawning his throne room correctly.
