ADDED / FIXED: You'll get an appropriate skill improvement for Intellect and Construction when reverse engineering buildings (it used to give skill only when reverse engineering at workbench, but not anymore)
FIXED: animals don't spawn with technology blueprints anymore lol
CHANGED: Some items were blacklisted from reverse engineering (it will affect you only if you use specific mods adding extra recipes for those items).
Blacklisted: Kibble,
Hatchet (VWE_MeleeWeapon_Axe), Moose Headdress (VFEV_MooseHeaddress), Bear Headdress(VFEV_BearHeaddress) from vanilla expanded mods,
